“I don’t have a problem, I swear.”
I see it in all the subs - each and every day.
Give me a break guys. We’re all addicted as fuck. At least, please, for the sake of your own dignity - stop lying to yourself.
I’m over here taking 150mg a day too, so I get it. But it’s only six months since the big wave hit last summer and look at what it’s made us become.
All of us former opioid users and those in recovery fiending to get the next order, staring down their mailbox and graciously praising their UPS guy when the pack drops, and you just spent half a paycheck on Opias to get through the last 48 hours alone, all masked under the guise of a botanical, safer alternative to conventional opioids.
They really sold us on it this time. I’m in the same boat as you. And I don’t plan to stop. But can we please at least start being more honest with ourselves?
