Scared to do a workout in the dark outside
I just started and today is day 4. I work 2, 12 hour shifts a week, meaning I go to work when it's dark and come home when it's dark (for now until probably April-ish). As a female, I can honestly say I am a little scared to walk outside when it's dark out and my street has no street lights. I can't walk with my husband because we have a toddler and she'll be asleep when I get home. Any suggestions or people who have done this in not the safest areas? Thanks!
