Are these Disney Plus titles still dark in 4K Bluray discs?

Just some backstory so people understand that I can't be a physical media collector because there is no longer physical media in my country. It's over, I have to import everything, so I only get 4K titles that are very special, like having IMAX (like Nope and Oppenheimer).

But I'd like to know, are these titles still dark in 4K UHD? Because they're very dark on streaming with Dolby Vision turned on, my TV is very bright, so when most of the movie has low brightness HDR, I can tell. But I can't find sites that compare wether they still are in the same amount of brightness.

Is there anyplace I can check so I can be sure if just watching in SDR is better?
