New sun visor thingy (driver side)?

Hello people! My driver side sun visor thing that you flip down when driving into the sun (I think it's called a sun visor?) is floppy af and always falls down into my field of vision after hitting little bumps and stuff :(

Anyone have recommendations as to good replacements? Thanks :)
