Is it possible for 2 copies of a game?

I want to install 2 copies of either alpha sapphire or omega ruby (and other pokemon games). I've tried extracting the game to change the titleid but it never properly extracted for some reason. I know I can use 3dsbank but I'd like to have them next to each other
