Easiest way to change measurements on a print

New to the hobby and having a hard time figuring out how to change the length or measurements of things. I have a P1S and have been using bambu studios. Been messing around with the scale option but that wont work for the project im working on. Currently trying to modify this file "https://makerworld.com/en/models/519463?from=search#profileId-435851" to match the dimensions of my powerstrip. If I mess with the scale it will throw off the skadis clip. This model is 29mm depth and 52mm height. My power strip is needing 34mm depth to 52mm height. Would love to learn how to do this but everywhere I look online or on youtube just refer to changing the scale which fully ruin certain parts of the print.
