Best face sunscreen for sensitive eyes and sweats a lot?

The biggest struggle I've had with using sunscreen is that my eyes are EXTREMELY sensitive. If baby shampoo or plain, watered down hair conditioner drips into my eyes, even the tiniest amount, it feels like straight acid has been dropped into my eyes and it looks like I have pink eye for the next 4-6 hours along with the pain and irritation.

Cue sunscreen- I haven't found one that stays in place when I get into water or sweat. I'm an equestrian, so I spend my free time outside handling horses, riding, and mucking stalls. I'm also a heavy sweater. Don't pat my back if I'm in a tank top, it's warm out, and I've been working because it will splash.

So, what are the best sunscreens for the face that won't want to claw my eyes out so I'll actually use them? Extra points if they can double as a moisturizer! My skin care is pretty minimal when I remember to do it (yay ADHD).
