tuned pipe question

I’m thinking about using some tuned triple pipes from a snowmobile engine for a different engine application. I have an engine with nearly identical bore and stroke size: 67.75mm bore vs 68mm bore, same stroke, both piston port. The 2cyl stock application spins at around 7000 rpm, the triple’s tuned pipes are for nearly 9000rpm.

Hypothetically, and aside from fuel delivery tuning, if I were to use two of the three tuned pipes off the 3cyl, could you assume the pipes would perform similarly on twin as long as I am operating at the intended rev range (8600-8900rpm)? What else comes into play here, port size perhaps? I am fully prepared to grenade a motor in the pursuit of hot rodding but wanted to see what the internet thinks.
