"New" and Lost

Where do I even begin? I haven't played in ages, and I'm just so lost with what I should be doing progression-wise that I feel like a brand-new player. all the new quests, bosses, and loots to look for are almost overwhelming but I want to dive back into the game. I got about 40m to my name and some basic sets/weapons. Any advice or links would be greatly appreciated!
