How is the wildly in leagues?

I know that the wilderness is relatively safe during leagues (IE, pvp deaths are treated pvm deaths), but wanted to know how aggressive other players are in past leagues.
For example, how often do other players crash at wildly bosses/resources and attack players there to chase them off to do the resource themselves. And of course how often does greifing for the sake of trolling happen.

Currently I'm planning a ranged golden god with Fremennik/Morytania as my locked in areas, but really tempted to try out the wilderness this leagues (As I wanted the echo shield and other wildy boss drops) though really don't like pvp. And so, wonder if I Wildy is still worth it (and should I take it first or last), or if I should just go Asgarnia or Kourend.
