Intermittent miss - No codes

This is driving me crazy. My 2000 Tundra Limited, which I’ve owned since new, has recently started intermittently running VERY rough on & off. Sometimes it will even stall. Turning off the key & restarting will usually get it back to normal again, for a while. Sometimes it starts running fine again on its own. The odd thing is, the MIL never comes on, and no codes are stored.

Other than normal maintenance, the only things the truck has had done is O2 sensors under warranty, and I had an ignition coil go bad, so I replaced them all. Both these issues immediately threw codes which helped me troubleshoot. But here, nothing.

Going on the “last thing I touched” theory, I replaced the Mass Airflow Sensor, which I had just cleaned and thinking I might have messed it up for not using the proper cleaner, but that made no difference.

The intermittent nature makes me think loose wire or connector somewhere, but I can’t find anything.

Any ideas on what might cause very rough running without throwing any codes ?
