Guy I think my roommate pissed in the sink

No btw I am not joking I came home from work used the bathroom and when I went to wash my hands I noticed a yellow liquid in the sink, is there any safe and sanitary way to tell if it's actually urine without asking my roommate I'm genuinely worried.
