How the hell do I learn about the DOD's acquisition process?
I have an idea that i'd like to solve & sell to the DOD. I'm confident that I can acquire seed funding with my potential co-founder, as well as design the product at a decently fast pace.
This issue is the acquisition process - I've heard it's a considerable barrier to entry for a lot of small businesses. I want to learn.
Aside from "just figure it out" or "it's all about who ya know", can someone please recommend resources out there that would teach skills relevant to a future founder in defense tech? Does DAU actually suck or is it worthwhile? And if so, which modules? There are tons.
